Photography/Media Release: I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes unless I provide written notice otherwise.
Social Media Release: I grant permission for photos or videos of myself and/or my artwork to be shared on social media platforms for promotional and marketing purposes. I understand that no personal information will be shared without my consent, and I can revoke this permission at any time with written notice.

Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, venue owners, and their employees or agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, including injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in a paint party involves the use of materials and supplies that may pose risks of injury or damage to clothing and property. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
