Photography/Media Release: I grant permission for my child or children to be photographed and understand that some photographs may appear on social media such as the CN Creations Facebook Page, Instagram and on the CN Creations webpage.
Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, venue owners, and their employees or agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, including injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Art Class involves the use of materials and supplies that may pose risks of injury or damage to clothing and property. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
